About Us

Our journey began in 1982, when Hameed started teaching Tabla at the prestigious Maharani Gayatri Devi School (School of the Queen, Jaipur). What started as a single artist's passion for rhythm soon grew into a lifelong mission to preserve India's musical traditions and share them with the world.
Over the years, this mission took shape through initiatives like the Jaipur Kawa Brass Band and Group Kawa Circus, where traditional Rajasthani folk sounds meet modern influences to create a bridge between generations and cultures.
Today, our NGO works to revive old bands, support local artists, and teach music to students across communities. Through education, live performances, and international collaborations, we bring India's rich cultural heritage to global audiences — keeping its rhythm alive for future generations.

Lives We Touched

Our journey is more than music — it's about people, stories, and the power of culture to bring hope and unity. Through our performances, training programs, and cultural outreach, we've connected with thousands who share the same love for traditional art and sound.
